well, heck!
it was a pretty miserable middle of the day here
- temps hit 96 in the shade...
this means i turn into a flump. forming sentances and clearly speaking them was akin to rocket science earlier in the day. oi!
i hope and pray that one day they figure out exactly why the hot weather and core temperature changes are such a big kill-joy to those of us living with MS, and, then that they develop a pill to counter the effects!
i have yet to read a really good description of what it's like when this happens and your body/brain start short-circuiting like this...suddenly, it just IS. and IT SUCKS!
thankfully it is now cooling off -
91 degrees and falling... YIPPEE!
and i am ooooh sooo very grateful for ICE CUBES & ICED TEA!!!
