4 years ago today my beloved mom passed on.
the soul never forgets.
i do so love the autumn-time
yet
the days are veiled
with thin layers of grief
this time of year brings
the departing of loved ones
anniversaries
and
sorrows.
still, the days are beautiful
and i savor every moment
as i relish the memories shared
with those i have loved
and ALWAYS will.
